Yes. We have both English and Spanish speakers who can help with billing questions. Please do not hesitate to call in if you have any questions regarding your bill.

Can I speak to a provider directly?2017-05-11T00:20:31+00:00

Yes. Dr. Reimherr is maintaining his call in time from 9:30-10:00am daily; please call 801-467-1200. This time is specifically set aside for patients to call in with questions for the doctor and is not intended for phone appointments or refills.

What if I need to cancel my appointment?2017-05-11T00:21:48+00:00

Missed appointments will be billed at the patient’s expense. Please provide at least 48- hour notice if you need to cancel an appointment.

Can I get my prescription refilled today?2017-05-11T00:23:00+00:00

When appointments are missed and/or not attended as originally scheduled, we will only call in enough medication required until your next appointment. Refills for missed appointments will be billed for the time needed to review your records and contact the pharmacy.

We do accept Medicaid and Medicare.

Aetna, BlueCross/BlueShield, Cigna, Humana, Select Health, and (all) United HealthCare. We are also in the process of partnering with additional insurance companies, so please inquire within.

Yes. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover and debit cards.

What if I am unable to pay today?2017-05-11T00:33:54+00:00

It is required and encouraged that patients pay their co-pay or full fee (for self-pays) at the time of service.

You can either pay the full cost of your visit, or we offer discounted affordable self-pay programs. Please call us to learn more about our discounted programs.

Yes, for acute care. However, for consultations, check-ups and/or regular visits, appointments made ahead of time are encouraged and recommended.
